Happy Friendship Day!
Happy Friendship day! This day is more important to me as something good happened today only due to support of my friends worldwide who enjoy my songs. First of all I would like to thank all those who supported the article about me on wikipedia! It has been decided to keep the article after a long battle of words there! That's the happy news!
Special thanks to Jyothis and Gluewhale who relentlessly pursued this case and especially Jyothis (responsible for the final form of the article) who spent hours of his valuable time on modifying the article and a long time talking to me from the U.S and putting all relevant proof there in defence of the article. I will never forget the sincerety of these guys! You two are really responsible for it's inclusion there.
I also would like to thank even those who have put up comments against me there. This is the reason why so many details on the net about me(which even I did not know!) were produced by so many of the fans who love me all over the world.
Flashback:
I do not know whether you all know but there was virtually a wiki war going on for me at this place for over a week! It all started like this. One of our bloggers/fans created an account in my name at wikipedia. This was an immature article with bare facts which resulted in it's placement in the deletion section. The article was placed there for further debate. Then I got an anonymous comment on my blog saying that I was not at all a known singer in kerala and I did not deserve an article on wiki! Then I checked on the said article and also the deletion page. Here I found that some guys like this anonymous person had by ignorance written nonsense here. At this point I sent a mail to some of our blogging friends as I could not intervene myself (since the article was on me and was supposed to be started by me!). Then started a big fight on wiki for almost a week which ended today! I have realised the respect and love of all those who supported me there.
ONCE AGAIN I THANK YOU ALL ON THIS SPECIAL DAY

I have been a bit late on seeing this post. Huh! Such a row over the wiki, I feel was totally unneccessary. Now that its back, I am very happy for you and salute the effort your friends took in maintaining it.
Pradip, we all know dates back to my school days, where I would glue onto the DD Television sets to hear Annu Kapoor asking you to sing a mukda or lauri and you will set it all up and there were al our prayers at that time for you to win.
Again I know you as the person who conducted a Music Workshop, the first in its kind, at our college in GEC Trichur. And I was mesmerised with your rendition of "Country Roads Take Me Home.."
People are different Pradip, so will be their analysis on you as a singer, but that never will stop the true fans to visit this blog and hear your voice. You have definitely given us all range of songs of all times.
So Keep Singing, Keep Blogging, and Keep Smiling.
One last request, "Country Roads" for me please :)
